ChristianaCare is hosting an in-person Nursing Hiring Event. We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a focus on HomeHealth to join our team. Our cutting-edge Electronic Health Record system with a Class 5 rating and comprehensive OASIS-E training ensures that you will have the tools to excel in your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in developing discharge plans.
• Support New Castle County, DE, working day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
