Are you an experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to join a team that offers comprehensive OASIS-E training and excellent support? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
