Job Description

We are looking for experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare. As a ChristianaCare LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to developing discharge plans. The successful candidates will support New Castle County, DE, working full-time, part-time, or per diem with day or night shift hours, one weekend a month, and two holidays a year.
