The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Give skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Proficiency in IV procedures or willingness to train.
