Join ChristianaCare's In-Person Hiring Event for RNs and LPNs! ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) experienced in Home Health care. You will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in patient discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem.
• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
• Work Location: In person.
