We are looking for a motivated and experienced Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team, driving business growth, and creating a world-class fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention rates.
• Facilitate customized training programs based on client needs.
• Create a welcoming and engaging training environment.
• Maintain high standards of service and value for personal training clients.
• Foster a supportive community for trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through member interactions.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Certification in Personal Training.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales experience and goal-oriented mindset.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Base Rate $18.00-$24.00 per hour + Bonuses. Total Compensation Range $50,180-$68,800 annually.
