Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our dynamic team. The Personal Training Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating a world-class experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team adhering to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop agile personal training team and adjust programming to fit client needs.
• Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients and deliver exceptional value.
• Support, connect, and encourage growth in the personal training community.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and recommend appropriate personal training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
