We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at our club by building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate and adjust training programs to meet the needs of each client.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and clients.
• Ensure clients receive value in personal training and have a positive experience.
• Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers.
• Attract new clients through forming personal relationships with members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
