Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the personal training team to exceed fitness financial targets.
• Attract, hire, and coach a high-performing team adhering to VASA's values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
• Create a welcoming environment for clients, members, and guests.
• Support personal trainers' growth and development.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
