Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, alongside loading and unloading trailers using modern techniques and technology. Responsibilities
- Perform timely pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Utilize efficient loading and unloading techniques in line with dock worker procedures.
- Adapt to varying duties and schedules based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Safe driving record including MVR and previous employers.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
