Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience while working in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure product availability, create merchandised displays, and operate machinery safely. The position requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, interpret company policies, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and feedback to management.
• Follow merchandising guidelines, perform inventory counts, and adhere to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with good communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work independently, handle cash, and lift up to 45 pounds.
