Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this dynamic role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This position offers variety and a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
• Follow merchandising planograms and safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
