Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker to enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, provide customer assistance, monitor inventory.
• Perform stocker duties: stock shelves, maintain displays, handle new inventory.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating store equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
