In this role, you will have the opportunity to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well and grow towards independence. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will assist with personal hygiene, support behavioral challenges, and help individuals achieve their developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful support to individuals to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants in community engagement and activities.
• Help individuals with their developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
