Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility support.
• Encourage and enable residents to participate in social activities and interactions.
• Monitor and document residents' health and behavior, reporting any changes to supervisors.
• Administer medication following established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to residents' needs and requests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for promoting residents' well-being and quality of life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to assist residents with daily tasks and mobility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
