• 8-hour shifts available

Position Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will ensure the safety and well-being of residents by assisting with daily activities in a professional and caring manner.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with daily tasks such as medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance provided.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity.
• Participate in training and staff meetings.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with the elderly preferred.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
