Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 yearly

Job Duties:
- Develop business by cultivating contacts within a Professional Referral Network.
- Analyze market research data to guide sales efforts.
- Create and maintain a network of reliable business development advocates.
- Develop an annual business plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Source, structure, propose, negotiate, and close deals consistent with bank products.
- Build effective Centers of Influence Network to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Southern California.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of proven Business Development related experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements and regulations.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Current California driver's license and vehicle with appropriate insurance.
