Job Description
We are looking for an Alabama licensed Attorney to join our growing team at State Farm Staff Counsel, Wade S. Anderson & Associates in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of civil trial procedure, research abilities, and advocacy skills. Responsibilities include defending State Farm and insureds in civil suits, managing a caseload, attending depositions, preparing cases for trial, and more.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an A.B.A accredited law school
- Active law license in Alabama
- 7-10 years of experience in civil litigation
- Competency in legal software and electronic environments
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
