Athletic Trainer

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Athletic Trainer to join our team at Blount Memorial Hospital. As an Athletic Trainer, you will provide essential athletic training services to athletes during sporting events, community events, and in clinical settings through our Sports Medicine Program. Your responsibilities will include assessing athletes, monitoring progress, documenting patient responses to treatment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You will also provide physical therapy care to a diverse range of patients, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist at our outpatient clinics. Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to professional and compassionate patient care are essential for this role.
