Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Medical Director for Medical Affairs in Oncology to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients worldwide. In this role, you will support US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and Biliary tract cancers (BTCs). As an expert in scientific and medical leadership, you will develop and maintain evidence-based programs, work closely with cross-functional partners, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in GEA and BTCs.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and cross-functional partners to execute strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to GEA Medical and Promotional review.
• Support regional post-marketing studies and Medical Congress activities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/academic industry experience.
• Strong clinical/scientific background in Oncology.
• Expertise in clinical-medical trial data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20-30%.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $164,000-$246,000.
