Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented and strategic Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Hematology-Oncology. This remote position plays a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of MSLs to provide field-based medical support in alignment with the company's research and business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating thought leaders, ensuring territory engagement, fostering scientific acumen, and maintaining compliance in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of MSLs, aligning with corporate strategies.
• Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas and uphold scientific credibility.
• Build relationships across Commercial and R&D organizations.
• Ensure team performance, compliance, and timely administrative responsibilities.
• Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree with Oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with team management exposure.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to handle up to 60% travel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
