Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Data Innovation to oversee data and analytics platforms within the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. The role involves leading a team to manage, configure, and program on existing platforms while providing vision, leadership, and mentoring. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and maintain current knowledge in technology applied to clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s)
• Optimize Jazz's use of platforms and implement change management strategies
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team
• Build cross-functional relationships and interface with technology vendors
• Stay updated on technology trends in clinical trials
• Coordinate with IT partners for testing processes

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in clinical trial data visualization tools and CDASH standards

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
• 10+ years in clinical trial roles with 3+ years in leadership positions
