Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms for the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team that manages and programs two key platforms: a SaaS solution for centralized data management and a clinical trial operational data component of an enterprise business intelligence application. You will drive strategic roadmap execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain relationships with technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial study design, data visualization tools, and project management. Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic roadmap for clinical data platforms.
- Optimize Jazz's use of data platforms and implement change management strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and vision to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as the primary interface with technology vendors.
- Maintain current knowledge in technology applied to clinical trials.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
- Experience in designing visualization tools and CDASH standards.
- Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects and liaising with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with clinical data structures and regulations.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
