Job Description

We are looking for a highly collaborative and analytical Associate Director of Analytics & Insights to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will lead the application of cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to generate valuable insights and drive strategic actions. You will play a key role in shaping and communicating analytics-driven recommendations, contributing to brand executive meetings, and providing key insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to identify opportunities and understand performance drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share strategic insights and enhance market performance.
• Track and analyze brand metrics at a national level to support business management.
• Represent the voice of the customer and maintain a holistic marketplace understanding.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and pharmaceutical data sources.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and collaborate effectively.
