Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. This role involves assisting in managing day-to-day store activities, improving operational results, training team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.
