Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, monitoring inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to improve operating results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
