Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will take on key store management responsibilities, assist in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans. You will also identify training opportunities to help the team grow and succeed.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure adherence to company values and create a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Provide feedback on products and maintain inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
