Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance performance. You will also be responsible for training and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company values and create a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, proper stock levels, and merchandising.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
