Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing action plans to enhance operations. You will lead and support a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategies, values, and teamwork principles.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvement.
• Participate in the interview process and ensure proper stock levels.
• Manage day-to-day operations, escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
