We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi, one of the leading retail companies. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalate issues when necessary.
• Comply with company policies and uphold document security.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Management experience is a plus.
