Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day store operations, supervising the team, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance
• Oversee team responsibilities and performance expectations
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Prior retail experience preferred
