Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring store performance, developing operational plans, and identifying opportunities for team growth and training.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise team operations and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
