Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training the team, maintaining stock levels, and optimizing store performance.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance.
• Maintain stock levels, ensure product freshness, and merchandise products effectively.
• Monitor and improve store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
