Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi
Join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi and take on key store management responsibilities. As part of the team, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports
- Identify training opportunities to enhance performance
- Monitor competitive environment and provide product feedback
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stocking levels
- Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure highest level of customer service
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior retail management experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Prior management experience preferred
