Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, supervising activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve operational goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Combination of education and experience considered.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
