Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to improve store performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in developing and growing the team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
