Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently for our growing number of customers. On average, our warehouse associates work 30 to 35 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs equip our associates with the skills needed to succeed.

Salary: Up to $18.00 - $22.00 USD per hour (depending on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: Shift 1; 7:00 AM (start time)
Currently Hiring for:
- Schedule B
Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Working Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun with Mon and Tue off each week.
- Schedule A2: Working Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue with Wed and Thu off each week.
- Schedule B: Working both Sat and Sun, 2 out of every 3 weeks. When scheduled to work Sat and Sun, 2 consecutive days off will be provided each week. Schedule B is a rotating 3-week schedule.
- Schedule C: Working both Sat and Sun every other weekend. When scheduled to work Sat and Sun, 2 days off will be provided each week. Schedule C is a rotating 4-week schedule.
- Schedule D: Working Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri with Sat and Sun off each week.
Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Reposition merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise to prepare for shipping and unload incoming delivery trucks/return transport of cargo.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Engage in warehouse inventory counts following guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Capacity to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 20 kg on pallets of varying heights.
- Frequently move warehouse inventory and prepare product for store deliveries.
- Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).
- Ability to safely and properly operate motorized industrial equipment.
