Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator to join our amazing team at our Corporate Office in Murrieta. This is a full-time position with immediate availability. As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Review invoices and check requests for compliance.
- Maintain monthly closing spreadsheets and vendor files.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Produce monthly reports and perform accounting tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate
