As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review invoices and check requests for compliance.
  • Maintain monthly closing spreadsheets and vendor files.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Produce monthly reports and perform accounting tasks as required.
