As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Support and embody the company's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Service Center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
