General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control the loading/unloading of freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment for all personnel.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Experience in service center or transportation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of proper freight handling techniques.
