ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Supervisor, Operations I, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the timely and safe loading/unloading of freight, maintaining load plans, and ensuring a positive working environment for our team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading activities.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, monitor performance, and offer feedback.
• Maintain safety standards for hazardous materials handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior supervisory experience desired.
