3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, organizing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and safety, notifying management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
