Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing and motivating warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Train, develop, and motivate warehouse teams to achieve peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and manage controllable expenses and inventory.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly.
• Lead warehouse associate meetings and facilitate collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate warehouse personnel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
