3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules to meet store inventory needs.
• Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection for accuracy.
• Communicate with 3rd party partners to address schedule changes and business requirements.
• Ensure timely storage of products, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Lead warehouse inspections and oversee inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Train, develop, and monitor warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, handle product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Works well in a team environment and can facilitate group meetings effectively.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and ability to interpret and apply them.
