3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a vital role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
