Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fulfilling orders, handling stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
