Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and organizing incoming stock, loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers to enhance warehouse operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and identify safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
