2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

ALDI Acts Competencies: 18 years of age or older, conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, organizes and executes efficiently.
Job-specific Competencies: Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic proficiency, attention to detail, teamwork.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
