Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain by efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of products to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock promptly to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to work collaboratively and conscientiously.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and move merchandise.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
