2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting effectively with team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
